Solar Bear is currently seeking a maternity cover replacement for a period of 6-9 months for the position of Community Engagement Manager.
This part time post (3 days per week) will create and nurture strong, long-term links between Solar Bear, the deaf community in Scotland, and the wider arts sector. This role is to seek out opportunities; to consult and collaborate in order to develop new initiatives and create change.
Hours: 3 days a week, normally worked between 10am–6pm, Monday–Friday, on set days to be agreed with post holder. The post holder will be expected to work some evenings and weekends (an informal TOIL system operates).
Salary: £18,896 per annum (0.6 x full-time equivalent of £31,493).
Period of contract: This is a 6-9 month maternity leave cover contract.
Location: We offer hybrid, flexible working conditions. You can work remotely and in the office in Glasgow. Travel to locations will be required.
