Here’s what’s coming up:
Weekly Sessions Through the Year
January – March:
We’ll begin the year by developing our brand-new performance for the National Festival of Youth Theatre (NFYT).
April – June:
Rehearsals begin! We’ll polish the show, build the world, and prepare for NFYT.
NFYT Weekend – 3rd to 6th July:
We attend the National Festival of Youth Theatre – a major highlight of our year!
July (Summer):
Our DYT Summer Project returns—two exciting workshops in one day (details to come soon).
September – December:
We shift into festive mode, creating a Christmas performance to share and celebrate together.
Special Guest Workshops
We will be welcoming brilliant guest artists to lead skills-based workshops:
February: Stage Combat Workshop
Learn how to create dramatic fight scenes safely and confidently on stage.
March: Dance Workshop
Explore movement, rhythm and storytelling through dance.
More workshops will be added later in the year, based on what our steering group tells us you’d love to do next.

We will also be getting out of the workshop room and taking fun day trips.
